ໝີກິນໝີ່ /mee gin mee/ translates to English as “Bear + Eat + Noodle”
This is a play on Lao words transliteration as the word for bear ໝີ /mee/ and ໝີ່ /mee/ have the same phonetic transliteration — except for the tone mark.
